GENERAL OVERVIEW

The Installation Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of activities related to processing invoices for our subcontractor network in support of all vehicle tracking device installations and service work. Specific areas of focus include: receiving all inbound invoices and matching to PO’s, reconciling billed work with contracted work and partnering with installer to correct any mistakes, and recording all pertinent invoice information into accounting system. The person in this role will work closely with the Wireless Device Operations Manager as well as the Finance department to ensure that all subcontractor invoices are reconciled, any issues are proactively identified and addressed, and the invoices are ultimately paid in a timely manner. The Installation Coordinator may also be responsible scheduling new device installations as well as removals and reinstallations.

Duties:ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

•Receive all inbound subcontractor invoices and review for accuracy.
•Record all pertinent invoice details into purchase order system.
•Work with subcontractors and Finance team to resolve any discrepancies in billed work as well as any other billing issues.
•Submit invoices with corresponding PO’s to Wireless Device Operations Manager for approval.
•Coordinate installations and service work with installer groups and customers.
•Follow up on incomplete installations and service work until completion.
•Ensure all details and contacts with customers and installers are thoroughly documented in Salesforce.com
•Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software products such as Excel and Word.
•Ability to multi-task effectively while meeting or exceeding aggressive deadlines.
•Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to utilize all of SageQuest’s systems.
•Ability to spend the majority of the day on a personal computer and telephone.
•Outstanding organization and critical thinking/problem solving skills.
•Excellent attention to detail.
•Administrative experience.
